we all have gotten frustrated with our journey but the spark teams support you and have a way of making to actually feel like going for the goal you want. Been there ,done that. Just remember you are not alone -lots of wonderful people here for you.

I think if you track your food and get that all set up, you will begin to see a difference. I never realized how many calories I was really eating and that my portions were off. If I track my food every day and try to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise, the scale goes down. It may go up 1 and down 2 but ultimately you will see a change. Hang in there and keep plugging!

I agree with the others-- keep at it you will see results and it will be worth all of the exercising you are doing and feeling so much better. Take care

Thanks, everone! I haven't started tracking my food yet. I figured if I ate normally (which isn't too bad) and added exercise I would see some results. I know that tracking nutrition is key, and I wil begin tomorrow. I also haven't measured. I prefer to go by how my clothes fit, and I'm really not seeing a difference. I know that 2 weeks isn't long, I just need some sort of inspiration.

Don't give up. You are developing muscles and eventually that will help you burn more calories. I always gain when I increase my exercise but eventually I will lose. Have you taken your measurements? I bet they are showing your lose

Oh, I know that is so frustrating, Michelle. Are you tracking your nutrition? How are you doing on that side of things?

I'm halfway through my EAsports Active Personal Trainer 30 day program, and I'm still not seeing any results! Ok. I can run the track the entire time without stopping now, but my scale is going up instead of down! I need something to keep me from getting too frustrated and giving up! HELP!!
