I've got to get back into my daily exercise. No excuses except not making time for it due to all that has to be done right now at this time of the year. Having the Wii and now the Kinect, I should be doing something!! My ankle still isn't 'right' from my accident a couple of months ago either. Guess I should get out of my pity party and do something about it, huh!?!?!?
I know this is the Wii team and I love my Wii and use it every day. But when my back/knees/ sciatica flare up, I do a short Wii workout (yoga and strength) and then use chair exercise DVDs. I was amazed at how much effort I can put into working out from a seated position.

I was doing really good on my exercising then got a job on night shift then when I got back to normal schedule I never really got back to my full exercise schedule but was still exercising. Then I had my sciatica flare up in June and have not been able to do much had 2 injections and am finally at tolerable levels daily with medication. I have been told by the doctor that I need to lose weight and that it is okay to start exercising. I am working on my Christmas wish list and would love any suggestions. I still have hip/butt area pain almost constant and sometimes down the leg and lower back pain.
