I like Basic Step, Free Run, and Boxing. I'm in pretty bad shape, and some of the strength training exercises are impossible for me.

I have actually tried some of the strength parts. I did about 45 minutes yesterday and was beyond soar today even thou I'm pretty use to working out I do Zumba alot but I think the strength exercises are what got me. Definatly worth the money!

So I finally got a Wii Fit Board! Today was my first day playing it I have to say I love the boxing! What are some good calorie burning activities on Wii Fit? any suggestions??
