That's wierd. Hope it doesn't happen to you again today. This morning I'll be doing MFC 45 minutes of cardio and then core. I have an aerobic step I use and love the cardio workout I get that way. What kind of workouts are you using on MFC? pam

It was interesting today. I went to do my body test, using the Wii Fit channel, so that I wouldn't have to change game discs before my MFC workout, and it didn't save my data from Monday. I was kinda bummed about that. As it was, the numbers were good today, but I would really have liked to have seen Monday's dot on the graph as well. Besides, it made me do the same balance tests as Monday, which was kinda annoying! C'est la vie, right :-).
So, did a body test today before my workout. Came in at 284 (1 lb more than my earlier weigh-in, but I had eaten breakfast), and BMI of 40.65. As the cute and obnoxious little balance board says, "that's obese!", but it's the first time I've seen it under 41, so I'll take it:-).
Well, I've decided that I'm going to take on a new thing with my Wii. I was doing Wii Fit Plus 3x a week, and then I decided to use My Fitness Coach (the games are great, I just felt like doing a good, honest workout that was part of a systematized plan).
But, I'm missing the body tests. So, since I've created the Wii Fit Plus channel, and don't even need to get out the disc, this week I'm going to do just a body test before I do my MFC workout. Just to see how my BMI is doing!. I'll post the results.
