congratulations! I have slacked off big time myself and beginning today getting back on track. I regained 12 lbs or so (big slide backwards!) I love the Wii Walk It Out and going to get in my 10,000 steps today. Take care!
!! I was slacking over the winter. I lost 30# and was aiming to reach my goal weight by August. I have alittle speedbump currently but I am so happy I took this journey and learned all I did because now I can really put it into effect now. I found out the end of May that I was having another baby. My baby is 13 on the 14th so I thought for sure I was done. Well.... not really. I know you can do it!! I currently started over as well. I started playing my wii fit plus and wii golds gym again.

I have been very relaxed on my workouts all summer. I saw myself in the mirror the other day and I looked pregnant without actually being pregnant. I asked my 2 year old (who usually will say no to anything) if I looked fat and he said "Yes Mommy!". This really hit me as an OUCH.
I have decided that today is the day to really re-commit myself to working out and losing the weight that I need to in order to be healthy. Since we haven't gotten pregnant like we've been trying to for awhile now, I decided that now is the time to focus on me and getting myself in a better place (we'll still try for the baby along the way).
Here's to a better me and a more healthy me! Wish me luck!
