I agree, that Standing for 6 hours is probably what did you in. My legs, feet, everything screams at me when I stand for long periods (no where near 6 hours either!). Give your legs a little time to recover.

standing for six hours is VERY hard on the joints. I know if I'd done that, I'd be crippled for a few days. LOL that arthur will kill you. or make you wish you were dead sometimes. Kitty

OnThe wii fit the free step, I burned 173 cal-3786 steps- 41 minutes stood for 6 hours,went to a play sat for an hour got up and I could not walk. both hips were buring and my leg jello. Naw I know how old people feel every day and people with injures feel every day. emoticon
