I agree, that Standing for 6 hours is probably what did you in. My legs, feet, everything screams at me when I stand for long periods (no where near 6 hours either!). Give your legs a little time to recover.
Be Patient, yet persistent. Don't expect results overnight. Take it one step at a time. Let nothing stop you! You will get where you want to go.
