I really like Walk it out, but the constant pounding on my knees was crippling me for a couple days after each session. so I started chair dancing to the Walk it out game for most of the session with short standing sessions. I move my feet and lift legs as well as swaying, twisting, and punching with body and arms to get my blood moving. it seems to be working cause I actually seem to be getting a bit out of breath here and there.
Then to strengthen my back i have to do some floor stretches that the doctor gave me. and I also do leg lifts and some others to stabilize my knees and ankles. I'd love to loose about 30 pounds to take some of the pressure off of my knees. I actually have a lot more to lose, but they tell you that loosing just 5-10 percent of your weight helps the health and joints so that's my first goal
