I like the Yoga on Wii Fit at night for a relaxer before bed, then I like Biggest Looser Challenge for a great workout, But I also like Wii Sports and Just Dance. My daughter (whose almost 3 yrs old) won't let me do less than 5 songs so I get a great sweaty workout from it.

KITTY, I was having problems with my knees too (I have arthritis) then I took out my old 3/4" foam exercise mat and started walking on that.The results have been fantastic for me. That's why I probably won't ever use the board for WIO. I've had plantar facilitis and really don't want a repeat of that either.
I've used the Wii Fit+ for the Yoga & Strengthening exercises, which really helped with my balance. Then I added the Walk it Out. After finishing the Superman Challenge in the Walk It Out group I felt I could do anything (LOL!), so picked up the Zumba game & boy is it going to give me a workout for sure! My knees loved that stuff 30 years ago, but now they're going to need rest in between those workouts. Luckily I still have plenty of my island to finish on WIO!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, ... , body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

I really like Walk it out, but the constant pounding on my knees was crippling me for a couple days after each session. so I started chair dancing to the Walk it out game for most of the session with short standing sessions. I move my feet and lift legs as well as swaying, twisting, and punching with body and arms to get my blood moving. it seems to be working cause I actually seem to be getting a bit out of breath here and there.
Then to strengthen my back i have to do some floor stretches that the doctor gave me. and I also do leg lifts and some others to stabilize my knees and ankles. I'd love to loose about 30 pounds to take some of the pressure off of my knees. I actually have a lot more to lose, but they tell you that loosing just 5-10 percent of your weight helps the health and joints so that's my first goal

Just bought EA Active NFL Training Camp. There's a lot of overlap with exercises with EA Active 2 but the football drills give it a different flavor. Last night's workout was a light one to try it out but we'll see what happens when I push it.

I just tried Zumba for the first time last night....LOVE it!
I have been using Just Dance 2 and Walk it Out for my exercise since January and lost about 25 pounds doing so, but in the last month my weight loss has slowed way down. I bought a heart rate monitor, hoping to calculate the exact number of calories I was burning. It turns out that while I was burning a lot of calories with JD2 and WIO, my heart rate was not reaching the "fat burning range" for most of the workout. But when I used Zumba last night, I was in the fat burning range for 39 of the 44 minutes. Maybe I'm on to something...
Anyway, I just wanted to mention that I really enjoy Zumba and hopefully using it will get me past this plateau!
