I have a Polar F6 that I paid $80 for on Amazon. It tells you what range your heart rate should be in & how many calories you burned. It doesn't count steps, but a cheap pedometer could do that for you. I researched a lot of HRM's before purchasing this one and I'm very happy with it. It comes with a chest strap that monitors your heart rate for better accuracy.

hello i was wondering if anyone knew of a good heart rate monitor that tells how many calories you burn, how many steps you take the whole day, and target burning heart rate and other good functions that may be helpful. i am not looking to spend a lot of money for one though but i would really like a good one but not break the bank. any help would be great thank you in advance.
