Just a general check-in. Good week this week, dropped another 2 lbs, and I'm definitely feeling some changes in how my clothes are fitting. Not yet down a pants size, but I am occasionally (depending on how much I've drank, and the position of the moon and stars) tightening my belt 1 extra notch. That is a good feeling!.
Keeping on with the EASA 30-day challenge workouts. Today will be day 8. Great thing is that I'm doing the easy level, and I must be catching up, because they're actually beginning to feel that way, or at least not hard. I sweat, my heart beats, but they're not kicking my glutes like they were early last week. I think that's a good thing!!!
