It's one of the most popular games for fitness! You'll see lots of message board posts about it, and it's my Amazing Race team's favorite way to get fitness minutes :) It's quite fun and you generally lose track of time while playing!
Since it's a walking game, you wouldn't necessarily burn as many calories as something more high impact; however, there are some songs that are fast, meaning you have to jog to keep the beat instead of walk. Plus you can always add ankle weights, hand weights, a mini trampoline, pump your arms, etc. ... anything to burn a few extra calories.
