I'm on Day #4 of the 30 Day Challenge. This is my second go and hopefully I will actually complete it this time. I also did a Custom Workout after that. I'm going for GOLD

I just started doing it again.Im having problems with my neck so Im exercising exclusivley with the WII. I tried the challenges for the first time and I really enjoy them. I use the balance board with mine .It gives me motivation I guess. Well,I hoed in the garden this morning and Im going to squeeze in some BL yoga before I go to work.

That's what I understood too, Mommy T. I log my EASA or GGCB every day in BL and in Wii Fit. I gained a couple pounds back and I'm struggling to get them off so I'm being chicken LOL

I haven't played mine much and I can't find it right now...but, I do think that the weigh-in in the game (in the challenges) somehow takes into effect the other things that you log--play time, calorie counts, extra exercise, etc. I think.

I am taking turns with the Active, walk it out, your shape, and biggest looser. I think the one I like the least is Your Shape.
I haven't tried the challenges on the BL. You have peaked my interest.

I love Walk it Out too but I found it wasn't doing anything for me. I gained a couple pounds and I think it was because I wasn't moving enough, not doing anything for strength training at all. I love that it keeps me moving and that I get a lot of steps (and it says I burn a lot of calories) but I find EASA and Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing to be better workouts.

I didn't work my first round all that much and missed a few things. I'm doing EASA right now so I just log my exercise minutes. I don't find it's much of a workout for me some days but other days it is. I'm struggling on the scale so I'm avoiding my weigh in as I feel I'll be eliminated.
I haven't given mine a fair try. It seems confusing to get going on it, so I've done a few challenges and that's about it. I want to give it a chance. Pam

I started a 4 week program before, but wasn't really into it. This time I'm making sure I do it every day that it has something scheduled for me (about 4 days/week). I wasn't sure about it at first - it's not really a cardio workout like I thought it was going to be. But, I make sure I also do other cardio on the days I "train with Bob." I'm going to stick to it because I don't usually. And, I got my husband going on his own program. He's in good shape, and it's so great to see the adjustment for him on the game. It's really kicking his (*&, and his challenges are really really hard! Fun.

It's not my favorite and was thinking of trading mine in for something else. I'm not sure I'm using it correctly though.

I'm on the lowest, easiest program, just starting out (2nd week), and it really makes me sweat! It's great. I keep going just to see what's up next. Sometimes I want to quit, but I know I need to keep doing this. Anyone else like/love/hate BL Wii?
