I just signed up at SNAPFitness yesterday, for two reasons:
1) Get me out of the house for some ME time (I work full-time plus I'm a mom to a 2 y/o)
2) I want to start focusing on full-body strength training
I could do the Wii for some strength moves, but I know being out of the house and at the gym for it, I will do my FULL routine without being interrupted and be able to increase the weights as I advance. They also have a couple of Woodway Treadmills which significantly reduces the stress placed on joints within the body, which will benefit me.
I still love my Wii games though, and will continue to include them in my routine.
