use "Wii Fit" low/high intensity (two choices on the "add cardio" section--you can search for it, or browse under "other exercises" (I think)). If you think it's more challenging than that, then try using "Aerobics:General:Low Impact".
Preferably, don't overestimate (or underestimate) your calories by too much, though. Overestimating can just cheat yourself, but underestimating can hurt your body if you burn way too much and don't get the fuel for it.

Happiness is a butterfly, which when pursued, is always just beyond your grasp, but which, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you. ~Nathaniel Hawthorne
Hi I am new to the Wii world. I just completed JM 2010 Total Body one. How do I calculated that workout? I am a little disappointed the game doesn't tell you how many calories you have burned, from what I see it only measures your exercise accuracy.
