use "Wii Fit" low/high intensity (two choices on the "add cardio" section--you can search for it, or browse under "other exercises" (I think)). If you think it's more challenging than that, then try using "Aerobics:General:Low Impact".
Preferably, don't overestimate (or underestimate) your calories by too much, though. Overestimating can just cheat yourself, but underestimating can hurt your body if you burn way too much and don't get the fuel for it.
