I'm a fan of Fat2Fit radio and Motion Traxx. Fat2Fit radio is good for general information and motivation. Motion Traxx does a workout mix, usually with a designated BPM (useful if you're looking for something with rhythm for walking or running.)

I LOVE PODCAST now seriously when I just want to do a long medium workout I can't use music with music I go with the song and sometimes wear myself out so when I do interval training I listen to music for longer I call them finding my pace workouts I use podcast and I LOVE jillian michaels searched for biggest loser in my itunes and it poped up with hers as well.

I must be even lower than a couch potato, all of these look scary to me.

I'm working on it, but I need music, I think. I did leg lifts and calf raises and torso twists and arm circles(all without weights) for an hour while watching Mama Mia last night and my knees are killing me today. I finally broke down and took an aleve just now. It didn't bother me much last night, but it seems as though my muscles are stronger than my joints.

I recently started listening to a podcast called the Biggest Loser Fan podcast. It is available on iTunes or http://biggestloserpodcast.com/ . I find it helpful to listen to podcasts to keep my focus on fitness but I am wondering if any of you have suggestions for other podcasts that are insightful and help keep the focus on fitness and health. Let me know.
