I have both; I don't use either one exclusively because I do a lot of different types of exercise but I like them both for a change of pace when I want to have fun and get a workout in at the same time.

I need to go watch that review when I get home, because I have Gold's Gym and I'm not that into it... I think I am missing something. I'm getting into a little bit of a rut with Wii Fit and I need something else to do, and since I have Gold's Gym, I might as well use it, right? :)
I actually just ordered this from Amazon, based on reviews there. After seeing that video review, now I'm really excited about it! Luckily, I've got Amazon Prime 2 day shipping, so I should have it Thursday.

Check out this link to see what the game is about. This guy reviews the game while he is playing it, and shows you what it is all about. This isn't a commercial. This reviewer does many games and can be very helpful when checking one out.
I would agree it is definitely worth having both. Gold's Gym Cardio provides a GREAT workout. It provides a lot more in the way of boxing than the Wii Fit does. All that ducking, weaving, punching works up a sweat!!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

The Gold's Gym is great cardio. It will have you doing different punches like hooks and uppercuts. In addition, there is up and down ducking, left and right weaving, left and right stepping, and forward and back stepping. The game also has exercises such as squats, jump rope, mitt work, sandbag, and a cute road work game where you run for a bit and when a bear is in front of you, you punch the bear.
Having read great reviews on Gold's Gym I was looking into getting the Gold's Gym Cardio but I wanted to marke sure that I would not be wasating my money and just repeating basically what is on the Wii Fit with the boxing--- is it worth having both?
