I got the EA Sports Active Personal Trainer for Christmas and I treated myself to EA More Workouts. Since I got my first Wii and Wii Fit Plus a few days before Christmas, I haven't tried the EA games yet. I'm still trying to figure out Wii Fit Plus, but I've lost two pounds so far.
I read the Amazon user reviews to decide which would be good to buy. You get great feedback at Amazon--I know which games are winners or losers. I'm waiting for reviews of My Fitness Coach 2.
I'm starting the new Bootcamp today, reading the Spark book and continuing with Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports. As soon as I've mastered those, I'll start the 30-day challenge on Personal Trainer and go on from there.
I would really like to get a new Wii game but I can decide! Can I get some feed back on my sparks page please! I don't know which to get EA Sports of the My Shape...what are the4 different things? I already have the Biggest Loser kit that comes with weights, jump rope and other things so which would be best!

I love the EA Sports Active. I have recently purchased Just Dance. It isn't a workout game, but you can get a cardio workout just by dancing with it. And it's fun.
KITTYF54, someone in another thread mentioned pinning a small sock to their pants for the nunchuck. As for the running, just pumping your arms should be enough, no thigh slap necessary. I run in place, but get tired of putting the nunchuck in and out of the holder so I got into the habit of holding it for running.
And if there are exercises you can't do because of your knees, you can deselect them when it shows you the list of exercises for the session. They do have some brutal on the knees ones.

we got our game today. I didn't get the band put together yet, but I tried the 30 day workout challenge. I'm having some trouble. Had to hold the nunchuk in my hand instead of using the leg band, and had to make some modifications to the exercises to suit my problems. I feel like I was "fooling" the instructor, but I just didn't know what else to do.
the leg band doesn't go around my upper thigh and won't stay up no matter where on my leg I place it. I might have to either duct tape it to my leg or make a pocket on my shorts or skirt to hold that nunchuk. The creators of these games don't have any idea.
If anyone else is trying to do this with bad knees, if you hold the nunchuk in your left hand while "running" and slap each hand down on your thigh in turn, while walking in place it will make the figure "run" and keep the game moving. I held the nunchuk in my left hand for the other exercises which required jumping and moved my hands with exaggerated motions to make the figure move.

Just did a really great workout and feel good. I am really devoting most of my exercise to my EA Sports Active Spark Team but would like to try other workouts to mix it up. I also walk and swim. Does anyone try other programs or gaming consoles?
