I switch it up (especially with tennis) and just use my left hand. You have to change your stroke a bit, but I feel more balanced that way - and it's fun for me (as a righty) to challenge myself to use my left hand!

I love my Wii Active but with most of the sports, I am mostly working my right side because I swing the tennis racket with my right hand, swing the bat with right hand ect. Is there a way to temporarily set it to left handed just long enough to work out my other side for a more balanced workout?
