I think it's a pretty neat feature as you can look at the Forecast Channel, the News Channel (what I look through on a daily basis as it has lots of unique news items), the Shopping Channel (I've bought Tetris through it), and the Nintendo Channel where you can see the videos of all the upcoming games.

I have GGC. I've only used it a couple of times and I think it's okay. It works a lot better than the Wii Fit to get your HR up and get you sweating. Maybe if I'm more consistent I will get to like it more. I'm waiting to get the EA Active package.
I have my Wii hooked to my internet through WiFi? I use it without it because I don't really feel like playing with anyone online and to me there's no other use/point to it.

Okay, thanks for all your help with this. Okay, I think I'm getting it. You guys have you Wii hooked up to your internet connections. I don't.

It can be purchased through the Wii Shopping Channel with Wii points.

Just got GG and already have a punch total of 132 (sarcasm)...I was reading that some try for 1000 punches per work out. I wonder what the average punch per session might be?
I plan on getting into this program mainly for upper body strength training or toning. Should help with endurance too!

What is Wii Helix?

It took me until the 3rd or 4th time using Gold's Gym before I found it interesting or enjoyable. I agree with CHRISINPHILLY; it seems more exercise than game. I like Gold's Gym now, but when I'm not in the mood for exercise, I'll still tend to go to Wii Helix for upper body cardio because it's more fun.

LOL Sean...what sucks about it? I hated the beginning where you had to go through training, but after that it was more enjoyable. I consider it more exercise then a game though.

I don't own it personally, but the reviews I've read around the palce say that it's pretty good for cardio and getting your heart rate up. I do own active, however, and mostly enjoy it (except when I am sore for the next three days after a hard workout... lol)

I love mine! I prefer it over most of the other games. I do not have the Active. I use mine every other day or so for 30-60 minutes at a time. It may be a personal preference thing...I have some friends who love MFC ...but I just could not get into it and finally sold it back to Gamestop.
