Which Wii Games do you use most often for exercise

I have Wii Sports (came with the system and don't like it much), Wii Fit (still love it 8 months later), Gold's Gym Cardio Workout (when I wanted to rent it for a 3rd week hubby bought it for me), My Fitness Coach (ok but get annoyed at her questions), I don't have the Active yet but am looking into it. I am also waiting for the Wii Fit Plus to be released (scheduled date is October 1, 2009 I think), the Wii Fit with the continuous workouts and build your own workout routine. I also have DDR Hottest Party and the kids got the Disney Groove one used (so only have 1 pad) which I use but don't really like the songs much and it takes an hour to burn 200 calories according to the game.
I use them all but I'd say if I had to rank them in order of most to least favorite they'd go:
GGCW Wii Fit MFC DDR Wii Sports
No judgement on the Active as I don't have it yet.
Oh Hands Down EA ACTIVE! Fantastic Game! Way better than Wii Fit. I love it. Motivating, FUN, and EXERCISING all in one fun package! I've lost almost 10lbs since I've started nearly 2 months ago. I do the 30 Day Challenge + one 22min + workout and a 30 min Cardio Dance Workout every day (excluding rest days). I'll alo mix it up and change up my custom workout to keep it fresh. I think the dancing is my favorite part of the exercise. Check out my VIDEO BLOG on my Spark Page and you can burn a lot more calories my way! :o)

I primarily use EAS Active. I've been working my way through the challenges, and I have a custom "dance" workout (which is kinda fun when mixed with my own crazy playlist)
I use the WiiFit mostly for weigh in, and the free run/step.
I just bought Wii Sports Resort last night, and I think I'm going to start practicing the swordfighting because I'm very competitive with my games, and the roomies kicked my ass last night! Had me sweatin' though :D

I love EA Active. I got it the first week of June and started to use it and loved it then, but only got through the first 7 days of the 30-day challenge and my back went out for almost 3 weeks. I have slowly been increasing my cardio and just started the 30-day challenge all over again. I just completed day 10 and WOW!!! I also have played around with some of their pre-set workouts (the 50 minute one was brutal!!). I don't use the Wii Fit much anymore, and I'll need to come up with another fitness something in a few months to change it up even more!!!

Focusing on My Fitness Coach right now - trying to build stamina and burn calories. But I toss in Wii Fit and DDR now and then. I haven't built enough time into my schedule to work out daily yet, and want to stick with something long enough to be able to see a measurable change.

We just picked up EA Sports Active - wow, I'm impressed with the workouts so far. Whew, definitely more intensive than Wii Fit. But I also do use the Wii Fit as a supplemental, and it's also fun to play a bit of (Wii Sports) Tennis.

Absolutely EA Sports Active! :D I have been creating my own workouts, and have one for Upper Body, and one for Lower Body.
I agree sometimes it can be annoyingly picky... like it expects you to "jerk" your body instead of moving fluidly. If you move too smoothly, it doesn't register you've done anything. I usually just wiggle the wiimote, and it gets a clue. LOL! Make sure there's nothing blocking the sensor by your TV, either. That doesn't help. LOL!
I just wish it had more choices for cardio... the "dancing" is kind of lame, and the running is hard on my ankle, so there's only so much boxing I can do! LOL!
Oh and the "inline skating"... I can't even do THAT at all! LOL!

I used my Wii Fit for 18 weeks, daily, I loved it. Then I started needing more variety and got EA Sports Active about a month ago. I'm doing the 30 day challenge now. I get a little frustrated with how picky it can be, holding the remote just so, or recognizing I've completed a move, but over all I like the variety, and not having to go to the menu to pick a new exercise. I use the wii fit now on rest days and every day to weigh in.

I think the options for wii exercise games is a little overwhelming. Wii Fit, Wii Active, Gold's gym, my fitness coach, jillian michales... am I missing any? I have tried the gold's gym one and that wasn't bad but mainly just cardio boxing routines. I like my wii fit (especially the step) but I don't like how I have to go through the menus to get from one exercise to the other, I would like a more routine/continuous set of exercises together, not having tried any of the other wii exercise games, is there something out there that would be more what I'm looking for? It's too expensive to buy all of them ;-) If not, I'll try to get the most from my fit and sports. I just prefer more of a workout and challenge.

I use Wii Sports and EA Sports Active.... hee hee I sometimes like to crank up my music during my workouts and dance between exercises to make things even harder/more fun!

I use Fit to weigh but I'm doing the EA 30 day challenge but after that's done I'll go between that and cardio boxing.

I've been struggling with arm, shoulder, & neck pain lately, & until I have a reason for this, I've been avoiding exercise that uses my arms a lot, which includes the Wii games. :( But when this is not an issue...
DDR Outdoor Challenge Wii Fit Wii Sports
in that order! I love DDR. I also have the PC version, called Step Mania, which is free to download, then you can download the songs you want. I have over 200 now. You only need to buy a PS2 pad with a PS2 to USB connector. I think I paid $40 for 2 pads & the connector from eBay. This version doesn't use your arms, so that's what I've been doing lately.

Well, I don't have all the games you do but I have Wii Fit, Wii Sports, My Fitness Coach and the EA Active. Will start the Active tomorrow as I just got it. I like the Fitness Coach for the most part but the overall exercises seem a bit repetitive. Wii Sports & Fit are fun but as much as I loved Wii Fit, and still love it to be honest with you, it just doesn't seem to challenge me anymore. I think that if I'm going to be serious about losing weight I have to work with what challenges me....and Wii Fit and Sports just don't do it. I really only use Fit for the weigh in's now. So for me, My Fitness Coach and the EA Active are going to be the 2 I use.

I have the Wii Sports, Wii Fit, My Fitness Coach, Golds Cardo Gym, EA Sports, Jillian Michaels and Active Life Outdoor Adventure. There is a Wii Ware game called Helix that is pretty good exercise too. It is balance board compatible, but I havne't tried that part yet. The one I think is best is My Fitness Coach, but that isn't the one I do most often. Like most people I like the things that are fun, not just good for me. I do still try to use the Wii Fit everyday for a bit - I do a weigh in everyday - (19 straight weeks!) and as long as it it out I will try to work with it a bit. I would like to set up a schedule that used all of these programs, but don't seem to have the time for all of them. Which do you use most often or think is most effective?
