I don't think everyone has problems with it--but thought that could be it, especially with it lasting for days.

Hope that you do continue to feel well!

Thank you MOMMY_T, I have been drinking these 0 calorie energy drinks, and they do have splenda. That could be the cause. I appreciate the idea, and also love the verse!

Also, everyone, thank you for the encouragement!

SHINAKO, besides being in pain and not wanting to do anything, wouldn't your balance be really off anyway? lol.

KAREBEAR38, I do hope you're feeling better. As for the headache--any ideas how it happened? A couple of days can't be too fun. I know that with my Mom, she would get headaches if her neck got to be out of place (me too) and a chiropractor would help fix that.

Otherwise, if you're drinking diet sodas or something with Equal or Splenda, they can cause migraines in those that are prone to having migraines--Mom started having a LOT of problems with that, since she's diabetic and she was drinking Diet Pepsi (Equal) and using that Splenda sugar blend for baking. Since she's stopped, she no longer has the headaches all the time.

Just thought that may help you out.

I'm so glad you're feeling better! I've tried using WiiFit with a migraine once. "Just the Balance Games" I told myself.

Yeah... I think I finished the.. ah.. slaloms? That's about it.

Hi, I'm back to my wii now, but Monday and Tuesday, I had a migraine. I was unable to do anything, cardio, or the wii. But, I'm better now, and just did the wii, and I am just so happy I had to share.
