Thanks for the website. I'm gonna check it out later.
I normally do some strength, yoga then go to the aerobics. I normally do the hoola hoop one way then again the other way, then go in order through to then end. I don't really do the balance games much anymore.
When I get on the Wii fit I usually alternate between rythum boxing and the step aerobics. I also like to work in some balance exercises to change the pace that way I can log more exercise minutes. You may already know this but there is also a feature that allows you to record the minutes you spend exercising that does not involve the Wii fit. I have logged a number of additonal hours that I have done using Wii Outdoor challenge. Between outdoor challenge and Wii fit plus a couple of other things I do outside the Wii system I manage to get a pretty diverse workout.
If I have walked the treadmill then I try to do other things, but if I need to get going I also like the walking around the island and looking at the scenery...whatever works for each person...that is what makes it so fun.
God grant me the serenity to accept things I cannot change, the courage to change things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.
In trying to figure out the best way to get fit with my new WII and WII fit, I was thinking about whether or not I should come up with combinations to do daily...maybe alternating periodically. Is anyone doing this? If so, would they be willing to share what has worked for them?
