I have the game and you do use two remotes. The primary in your right hand and the secondary in your left hand (if you are right handed). It's super easy to hold them this way.

I've heard that you can use two Wiimotes with Gold's Gym...from another forum. I'm waiting for confirmation to make sure I understood that right.

"take your eye out with the cord"....that must be a sharp cord...lol.

Yeah, it'd be nice to have a cool way of not having the cord--especially for things like the boxing.

It would be nice if the more 'active' games all gave you the option of using two wiimotes instead. I know not all games need it, but anything where you could take your eye out with the cord...

I have a wireless one, but I don't like it as well as the original. I agree that you should do your research before spending the money on a dud.

Samba De Amigo also has the option of having two wiimotes instead of a wiimote and nunchuck--but offer it both ways so that you can play 4 player (which requires 1 wiimote per person).

Humm...I hadn't thought about it having a delay, but it makes since--since it has to communicate wirelessly to the wiimote and then again to the console. That might be why Nintendo bypassed that idea.

Also, might have passed since they were trying to simplify the hardware (not having to have to include the bluetooth technology in the nunchucks) and/or save batteries.

While many people complain at times of "why does Nintendo do it this way?" I find that there are many practical reasons that it wasn't done that way by them, although not always easy to figure out. Then again, maybe I'm just a Nintendo "fanboy"...lol.

I just did a quick check on Amazon. One of the conversions had reviews that stated it wouldn't work will all games. I suspect the "delay" would be a big issue with DDR where you need to shake your hands at the right time. There are 2 other wireless models, but no reviews on them or limited reviews. I think I'll wait on this a while, but that cord whipping all over the place when playing DDR is very annoying!

I was just looking at the review and it said it won't work with certain games. "Mario & Sonic olympic games or any game that requires punching or quick movements. the controller will not work for that and has a slight delay that is quite noticeable"

BTW I LOVE that Gold's Gym Cardio uses two regular wii remotes instead of the nunchuck. It makes so much sense.

They have them, but why Nintendo didn't do that in the first place is beyond me. I believe there are two different models, but one is better than the other so you should do some research before you buy. If I ever bite the bullet and get a wireless one, I'll probably try the Star Wars Clone Wars game out again. I gave up on it because I kept whipping myself in the face when I tried to battle emoticon

Go to amazon.com. They sell an adapter to make them wireless. Our IT guy bought one and is happy with it. We were saying what a design flaw that was for wii.

Anyone else wish the the Controller and nunchuck thingy could be wireless? I hate having that cord stretched between them... It would be so cool if they could be wireless, Just a thought!
