I use MFC but this is what I do : Click add cardio then click manually enter calories....you name the exercise yourself and put in how many calories you burned. For strength at every rest I write down what I did then I enter them as new exercises and add them to favorites. Once in favs all you need to do is look through your list to add them.

that works for the cardio--but that really only counts for the "aerobics" section on the Wii Fit...the others don't really do much of a workout. (although I do sometimes count half of the time I do on other things, then full time on the aerobics section.)

Also, this person was asking about how to log the strength training as strength training here--which still requires a bit of work.

I click on the add cardio button and type Wii Fit into the search bar and it gives me two options... Beginner and Advanced, I believe and then I just type in my minutes and hit add, or save. Whichever it it... Hope that helps!

you could also just do a manual entry (and save it as a favorite, so you don't have to re-enter it) of "Wii Fit ST" or something like that. And for every 5 minutes of ST you do, add another one of those entries (since each row/entry of ST tracking is counted by SP as 5 minutes).

For keeping track of what I did, I created my own items on the strength tracker all starting with wii (even if there was a similar item on the sparklist already) such as wii leg extension, wii squat row, etc. If you enter it yourself, there is a little button you can check to add it to your favorites, and then later you can just select it from the favorites drop list. I like it because when Im glancing through past days/weeks, I know that particular group of exercises were done using the wii since the intensity and timing of everything tends to be different there than if I am doing a weight lifting session on my own or if I am following a circuit type dvd like 30 day shred.

I simply type in "wii fit" and it brings up advanced or beginning. I Then put in my time, calling it less (beginning).......because my strength training is not as strenuous as aerobic....

I put them in manually, if someone knows another way I would like to know too.

How can I log Wii Fit Strength Training in Spark People?

I want to log my strength training that I do on my Wii Fit in SP. I am about to start doing strength training on Wii Fit on alternate days of the week.

Is there a quick and easy way to enter all this?

Do I have to create my own strength training entries for SP?

Is there a solution?

Is anyone else doing this?

Yours truly,

Jonathan
