An hour is awesome! Don't beat yourself up. You did more than Wii recommends - which is 30 minutes. You did double that!

Oh, and it IS empty fat!! I used to not be jiggly at all--I always said that I held my fat densely. But now my belly jiggles easily. BTW, I probably don't do enough to really help tone it right now, either. However, it is slowly shrinking--I fully expect it will be the last thing to go since it is the biggest.

Anyway--don't worry about it. The important thing is to increase your healthiness.

exercising too much could just hurt you--both in injuries (more likely to occur when tired), and in that it might help you lose weight faster (losing faster means more chances of having baggy skin in the end), or it will cause you to burn too many calories and have your body go into "starvation" mode and work that much harder to store up that fat.

Take your time, stay steady in your pace--you'll get there. I promise. And it'll be okay when you do--you won't be an elephant. emoticon

Well the movie is over and I had some veggie soup and I STILL don't feel like working out so I think I might just do it again tomorrow!
I feel really pushes to workout because I have a lot of weight to loose and I really don't want to have loose skin.
I know it will happen no matter how much I workout, but I feel that I can make it minimal of I do a lot of exercise.

There's part of it--you need fuel!!

But, really--don't push your workouts to be super long. You aren't "required" to work out for so many hours to lose weight. Do only what feels good/right--not to the point of exhaustion or "failure" (refers to complete muscle fatigue).

I'm taking a break now and thinking about going and getting something to eat, I have hardly eaten anything today, thinking about it, I did feel quite sick. More queasy really. I've put a movie on and it I go and get some food and watch the movie I can start again after!

first of all, an hour is fine for working out, and you don't want to work out too long at one time, or you start to burn muscles. It's recommended that you exercise for 45-60 minutes at a time, then take a break and get at least a good snack in before going back to any more exercise. (about the first 15 minutes is carbs burning, then 16-45-60 minutes is burning the fat, but after that your body goes to the muscles....got it from someone's trainer)

Also, you could have your trainer (is her name still Maya?) back down a bit. Perhaps you're just feeling a tad "sick" (as in, not quite sick, but weather changes getting to you a bit?), so try lightening up just a bit and getting in some good rest too.

As for the Sports' fitness test--that's going to vary based on what tests you get, so maybe they just weren't your strong ones?

At any rate--don't worry about it. You did an hour of exercise!! That's a good amount, and far better than a big zero. Keep up the good work, but get some rest tonight. Maybe tomorrow you'll be doing better.

I started off with Wii Sports and gained 8 years on my fitness test. I then did some Tennis (which I kicked ass at btw), played one game of Base Ball (which I won 5-0), then I moved onto boxing and played two games, each 2 rounds and kicked ass!

That only took 40 minutes so I decided to move onto Family Training (Active Life Outdoor Challenge US), but I was rubbish at it tonight, I just couldn't fun for more than 30 seconds without being out of breath and walking.

I feel like I had a really crappy day now, I only did 1 hour over all, less than 1/3 of what I did the other day. Who else is having a day like this?
