The Wii Fit (of course), Wii Sports, and then Mario Kart.

When playing Wii fit my favorite activity is yoga and strength. I use these to warm up and cool down and they are very relaxing and help me to get into the right frame of mind.

The best way to predict the future...
Is to create it.

I love the rhythm boxing on the wii fit. I wish they had a more advanced one than 13 minutes. I also wish free step was would go longer than 30 minutes. Other than that I love to play Rock Band on my wii!

I also love them all equally and am totally in love with my WiiFit. But if you go by the count on the Favorites section on my WiiFit, then Slalom Skiing takes the lead by a wide margin!!

Wii Fit is my one and only and has been a lifesaver. In the heat of our Aussie summer, I can't stand exercising outside except in a nice, cold lake and can only do that on the weekends.

As for which games, I've got no preference. I love the step games and the pushups equally! Though I am very pleased with the yoga.

I like Endless Ocean when I am stressed out and want to keep my mind occupied by something other than a tv show. It is very relaxing for me, I love to listen to the breathing and bubbles underwater. It is neat to learn about the fish also. It is not good at all for a workout type game. My husband and I can spend a couple hours easy on it, me watching him, then him watching me. There are times when the slow pace is just what the doctor ordered!

I have Wii Fit, Samba de Amigo, We Cheer and We Ski. I haven't tried the Ski one yet because I love Fit and Samba so much. I can't figure the Cheer out, I don't know what the deal is. I can't even pass the easy song for cheer, it always says I fail and I think I'm doing everything it says. Does anyone else here have We Cheer and having any luck?? With We Cheer you really need two remotes, which I have. I do love the Samba though, think its the music. Really thinking of DDR2 because I want more stepping exercises. I know this is dance, but thought it might be something I could do. I don't know, haven't decided to make that purchase yet.

I have heard good things about the outdoor challenge. So good in fact that our family might get it. Unlike Wii fit, 2 people can work out together at the same time and it comes with a floor mat similar to a DDR mat that you can stomp on and jump up and down on as well. I think it costs 59.95.

I use the stuff in Wii Fit but got Outdoor Challenge over the holidays - love it - makes me feel like a kid again.

Endless Ocean is a wee bit slow for me - I'm thinking about ditching it - I love to scuba and swim and thought this would be nice in the evenings, but there's too much stuff that has to be done to just sit in front of the TV.

Wii Fit--don't buy it online unless it and the "extras" are the same price (based on if you add all the "regular" prices together that you get the total for the set) AND that you want the set of stuff. Just keep checking the stores--see if you can find out what day of the week they get new shipments in and then get there early (before the store opens, maybe?) and grab one up.

As for "Endless Ocean"--you get to go "scuba diving" in it--I've heard that people find it to be quite relaxing. (I don't have it thought.)

I was also wondering what Endless Ocean is? I've never heard of it.

I really need to get a Wii Fit, but I just can't afford it right now. All the shops have seriously been sold out of it for a year now and online prices are bumped up from £70 to £100 in a lot of cases .:(

I do love the Wii Fit: Running and ski jump are the best! And it cracks me up to see my 3 and 5 year olds try the running, jumping all over the place to try to beat each other or me.

I also love the Sports boxing -- I feel like Mike Tyson or Oscar de la Hoya because I'm undefeated and start talking smack back to the Wii Miis that I'm boxing.

But my all time favorite for Wii is Lego Indiana Jones. My 5-year old and I are quite a team and are just over half way thru the whole game. The geek inside me lives!

I love the tennis game. My husband and I play it a lot. However, not sure it is much exercise. I have DDR. it is hard and I try to do it 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. Very difficult for me, though. :)

So we just got our Wii Fit last night and I LOVE it.

I am the type of person who thinks you should only run if someone/something is chasing you. My husband made me do a short run on the game and I had a blast. I can't wait to do it again tonight.

I had fun with all the balance games but I seemed to be better at getting shoes to the face than hitting soccer balls. :-)

I only have Sport and Fit and I love the bowling and tennis. Even tho I can't control the stupid ball in tennis lol

On Fit I love the sky jumper one, I can't do the penguin, or the ball one at all! I guess ive been able to do the rope and the sky jump those are the 2 I do. The rest are hard for me lol I can't figure out the balance stuff.

As for the workout, I love yoga and the advanced step. I like the run too but it never gives me accurate steps and neither does the free step. the yoga, I did the middle one, I think 10 min, the other day and I thought I would fall over lol

I have been looking into the fitness coach but now some of the others are looking interesting too!

Definitely Wii Fit. I love all the exercises and measureing (I'm a geek!), plus my kids LOVE it! My eldest begs to play it after school, and she invites friends over to hula hoop, do the ski jumps, the river bubble thingie one, and even do the yoga poses.

We just got the Wii for Christmas, and bought way too many games, but I do have my eye on the Active Life: Outdoor one. It has gotten great reviews, and I figure if my kids and their friends are already playing with the Fit, they will also love that one too.

As for me, the latest favorite is "My Fitness Coach"--it's convenient like a DVD, customizing like a personal trainer, and changing like a fitness gym class.

Also, Samba De Amigo---it REALLY works the wrists and shoulders, all of the arms--and if you play standing up and tap/move your feet with your hands it will work your legs too (especially the calves).

Step Mania: www.stepmania.com

You can buy a dance pad from eBay with an adapter to go from PS2 to USB, which will let you hook up to your PC. I actually bought 2 dance pads with the converter for about $40.

After you buy this, you download the FREE Step Mania program from the above site. It takes a little while to figure out some of the settings for the game, but once you do, it's totally worth it. After you download the game, you have to download songs, but there are all sorts of sites where you can do this. I have over 200 songs. Plus, Step Mania will let you modify your songs & even create new ones.

I'm not sure the differences between Step Mania & other DDR games, but this works for me, so it's hard to justify spending $65-$70 on DDR for the Wii at this point.

I really enjoy my Wii Fit - most all of the activities are great. The hula hoop especially gets my heart rate up! I just got My Fitness Coach and it seems to be one I'm gonna like, too. I also got My Weight Loss Coach for my Ninento DS. It comes with a pedometer and it is "okay" but not near as good as the Wii games because of the movement, etc.

I like the sound of the Family Trainer. Going to have to check into that one. Thanks.

I don't have a lot for the Wii yet, & even those games I have, I haven't played all of them. That being said, so far:

For general fun: Rock Band 2

For exercise: boxing or tennis, but I like Step Mania (the PC version of DDR) much better!

I would have to say that I am still partial to Wii Sports boxing. I think I get most of my workout from laughing so hard. emoticon

But my Wii Fit should be coming in the mail today or tomorrow so I can't wait to see all my other choices. emoticon

It's a lot of fun and really physical!

I'll have to check out DDR2, I have enjoyed dance games a lot on PS2 before.

I would have to say that my favorite is the DDR2 (Dance, Dance Revolution 2). The girls and I do this and we have a great time.

It's never to late...

Which games do you use on the Wii especially for fitness, what do they offer and do you feel like you have had a good workout from it?

I love Family Trainer! It comes with a dance type matt and there are so many fun things to do on it! I can play it for hours, sweating all the time but I can't stop it's far too much fun! It really gets my heart pumping and leaves me feeling like I've had a great workout!
