Hey, Jan--there's now two tracker options for the Wii Fit--go to browse "other exercises"--it's under "Wii Fit".

also, should add--it's a bit lower burn than the aerobics option (which I used to use too).

base it on how you feel. Do you feel like it's a light workout, or is it really pushing you? Are you sweating--no/little, or heavy? Are you breathing a little harder? Has your heart rate gone up--a little or a lot? Does it make you tired (in a good way, but still a bit tired)?

I ordered a heart rate tracker and calorie counter and will use that. I've had the same problem and finally decided to just buy one and make it easier.

I think it has to do with how you are sweating. You could also do a heartrate check when You're done

The way to figure that out would be to find out what your target heart rate is. Then check to see if you are in the right zone. I wear a heart rate monitor so if I'm slacking I can look at my watch and kick it up.

when my heart is pumping i think its a high intensity workout! :) but how do i know on the tracker what exercises/activities are beginner/low intensity to the advanced/high intensity? Do you know?
