where do you get that game?

I track as low impact aerobics too. I'm a hoopaholic. I swivel those hips as fast as possible to beat my high score.

I've often wondered about tracking the Wii exercises also. I'm glad to see I'm not alone! I also track it using low impact aerobics. That's a good idea using 75% though as I don't think my heart rate is always up where it should be. The 10 min hula hooping on Wii Fit kicks my butt!! I definitely feel that one working!

I love the hula hooping, it's so much fun!! I'm not sure how to track it either - I enter in manually with a calorie amount equivalent to brisk walking. I find it's great for the abs, but doesn't get my heart rate up as much as I'd like.

A forum that lists Wii Fit exercises and how many calories they burn would be fabulous, if anyone has the time to figure it all out...

I use manual excercise for wii things. I type in activities and use 50-75%% as the calorie burn on manual so i don't over estimate my calories. i still get a good workout. My jullian micheal game tells me the calorie burn... hope it is accurate.

I count it as low impact aerobics. I really need to get a new HRM. Mine is a cheap watch one that I don't know how to use and I don't think it calculates calories burned. If it does, I don't remember how to use it.
