I use Aerobics: Step: Low Impact

I do break a sweat but I'm not out of breath either. So yah light to low impact aerobics sounds right.
I figure it as a light aerobic workout. When I used my HRM I get approx the same calories.
I was wondering what you guys consider free steps ... is it aerobics steps or light aerobic workout... trying to figure out what it counts as to possible be able to come up with a calorie burn :) thanks ahead of time
