I like the Aerobics best. I have unlocked all but 2. I would not let my Daughter quit our 8 minute run. She did not like that I was ahead of her. But she kept stopping. I did 46 minutes. 10 minutes of Hula hooping. I finally figured out what I was doing wrong in boxing. I was not stepping & punching. My Husband thought it was cute. WHATEVER!!! Lol! I am to the 10 minute boxing & that threw me a curve ball. I was ecstatic when I beat the boxing bag at level 1. It's been a day so I needed a stress reliever. Takes my mind off from things.

I'm abaolutely loving the Fit. I promised myself 30 minutes a day and trying to better my scores...or at least beat my hubby and brother in law who also have been playing on it.

I'm loving it, too! I really like the balance games. Yoga is not really my thing - can't do the darn tree pose and hold it for any length of time!

I am 40 now, but back when I was in 3rd grade they discovered I had an S curve, about 30 degrees each. I ended up wearing a brace up to my neck from 4th through 8th grades, 24 hours a day, then starting in 9th the brace was lower for a couple of years. Not fun, but I am relatively straight now...

Wow, thanks for letting me know. My Daughter has always been a bit clumsy, getting used to her long legs & all. I remember my Phys. Ed. Teacher telling me I had a curve. But I was 13 or 14, so you cant trust that info. to get back to Parents'.

My dauther has one hip lower than the other. Keep a close eye on your daughter. Kids are growing so fast these days. Mine grew 3" in seven months when she turned 12. At her 12 year physical her spine was perfect. Seven months later at a sports physical, it was in an "S" shape and had shifted to the left of her back. Her orthopedic contributes it to her rapid growth.

I am unsure how much curvature have, but I could see it on Xray. Also, one of my legs are 3/4" shorter than the other. So, my Wii fit tells me I use one leg more than the other. Umm, sorry! Was Born that way. *SHRUGS*! My Daughter is 11 & almost 5'3". I am 5" 3'. Not fair! Lol!

I think my daughter is going to be super sore tomorrow! She has a double curvature, which are at 38% and 33%. She is wearing a Providence brace at night, which is a pretty aggressive therapy. She'll have to wear it until she's done growing, which should be within two years. She's 13 and already 5'5" tall, and a whole 93 lbs.

I also have Scoliosis. Boy, do I get sore alot. I think it is great for the Winter blues & boredom. It is in my Daughter's room which is the biggest room in the House. Which makes it the perfect place for me to exercise & I would not want to set a poor example by quitting. I like doing runs with my Daughter on there.

My son surprised us with Wii Fit today! He was at Meijer and someone had just returned one. Brand new, never opened!

He told us that he didn't have a gift for us yet because he was low on money, but he was really waiting to find Wii Fit!

My daughter is loving it. She's 13 and has Scoliosis. This is so good for her posture and balance. Her orthopedic recommended Yoga for her, so this is perfect.

I tried just a few things. The hula hoop was hilarious! If she gets done with this before I go to bed, I'm going to try some yoga. I did 30 minutes of cardio with Maya (Wii Fitness Coach) tonight, so I'm pretty whipped!

I have fallen off the exercise band wagon & Wii fit has helped me get back on. My Abs. are sore from Hula hooping & I hate to run but I would feel like a quitter if I stopped on the game. I challenge myself to do better each time. I just unlocked boxing. I am good at hitting target on right but not soo much on the left. So, all that bar fighting has helped me none. Lol! Just kidding. I've never really been into Video games. I even sang on Guitar hero Yesterday with my Hubby & Daughter. (Oh, my poor neighbors, Lol).
