I have lost all of my post-baby weight with the Wii. It is pretty much the only exercise I get consistently. I use the Wii Fit games that came with the system as well as Jillian Michaels' 2009 Fitness Ultimatum. I am looking forward to some great results this year and losing these last 60 pounds that I think will bring me to a great weight of 130.

well, if you're looking for portable, I've seen some "bowling ball" looking bags for the Wii system, and there's a backpack designed case for the board. There's also the big green bag that the board can just slip inside of. Of course, you could just use a dufflebag too, but was thinking that the other cases are quite compact and designed for the Wii system.
But then, if it involves flying, that'd be a lot trickier to do.

I love both Wii Fit and Wii Sports. I've always had problems with exercising, best intentions but no enjoyment or staying power. With both of these I'm not just enjoying it, I'm loving it and can't wait to get back to playing (Even sat watching TV with G wishing I could be playing instead, Unheard of!) Also I recommend the Wii sport challenge that's running this week as a very good way to get you exploring all the games and training (Ty Melrose). You could copy/print it or make a similar version and challenge the rest of the family. Great fun!

I love it! There are many different things to do in just the Wii fit game and I know of a few skiing/ snowboarding games that are out for it now, but with a ton more to come after the new year. Go through the general discussion tab and there are tons of discussions on it and it's features
