I did each pose once. The wii gave me credit for 26 min but I logged 16 with my stop watch.
Good question, I will be interested in what you find out when you time it yourself.
I always wish I could skip some of the taling so I could get to the exercise.

It will be a pain in the butt but I think tomorrow I will use my stopwatch and time the poses.
Hi - No need to apologize. Welcome to the team!
I think that Wii rounds it up to the next highest minute if it goes over at all. I've never really checked on this; but that seems to be what happens to me.

Im new so Im sorry if this has been asked before. I have noticed that the wii fit gives you more time for the yoga poses then you actually spend doing them. For example I got 2 mins credit for the warrior and the cobra when it only lasted 1 min to a min and a half. Anyone know why it does this ?
