And...I got to thinking (I've been doing that alot, i'm waiting on the Wii to get free).
What are we counting as exercise for the Monkey Island event? Anything that isn't us sitting in a chair? I was noticing with the challenges and such from Pirates that I was really working my muscles even doing the simpler exercises. I know I have troubles with realizeing that every little thing I do works so I just wanted a ruleing on it I guess.
Another thought that I had, is when you add the minutes to the Wii Fit activity tracker, it has you decide if it's easy, medium, hard and then it changes the time those count for. Easy stuff counts for less time and hard for more.
I know that easy stuff for some people is not easy for others. I'm really just curious on what the opinion of the group is.
