it is NOT a good idea to log it as the "real thing" instead of the Wii workout stuff.
For example, if you were to count it as "real" boxing, it would have you burning around 1200 for about 2 hours...a WAY inflated number. Think about how much more you would have to do in real life (like lift a 8-10 lbs. or more ball to bowl with) and that makes a difference.
The way I record it is to put it in as "Aerobics:General:Low Impact".
For the sports, you could be more precise than that, if you went with the statistics that have been gathered on it...I'll see if I can find it again.
