I can do the 6, but by the end, I'm toast!
On another note, today is the 5th or 6th straight day that I've LOST weight when I've done my body test! I'm THRILLED! I reached my "goal" early and the wii was worried that I was losing too fast (Yeah, RIGHT!)
We got a treadmill and doing the island loop or free run on the treadmill is SO much easier than running in place!
I also have a new 'motivator'. Every day that I lose weight, I use the "smiley" stamp, if I gain weight I will use a different one (not sure which one yet, cuz since I started doing this, I haven't gained!).
I think this will be a good, quick way to see patterns during the month.
First goal: 181 Reached!
Second goal: 176 Reached!
Third Goal: 166 Reached!
Fourth Goal: 161 Reached!
Scale has stalled! Help!
