Today I did the Super Hula on 10 minutes. Yikes. Near the end of doing it on the right by lower back on my right side started to ache like my stomach does when I do crunches. On the left I did not get NEAR as many rotations because I flat got tired!
The time has come, The Walrus said, to talk of other things: Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings. And why the sea is boiling hot and whether pigs have wings.
That's a great idea! The movements are very similar, and you've really got to move quickly to keep all those hoops up. The only other thing is probably to make sure you're moving your arms and not just resting them at your sides. I think I'll start categorizing it that way too :)
The only difference is that hula you have to do circles and belly dancing you do side to side a bit more. Not that I've done enough to be 100% certain on that, but I do know that you can't just go side to side with the game, or you lose the hoops.
The workout factor is probably close to the same, though.

Happiness is a butterfly, which when pursued, is always just beyond your grasp, but which, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you. ~Nathaniel Hawthorne
MRSMHESS: I love your Dr. Suess quotes. My friend gave me that book when my son was born. It was the first book I read to him. Now he is 10 and using the Wii fit right along with me. Of course he is just using it fo rthe Fun Factor.
