I agree, boxing is great work out, personally I am not coordinated yet to do good on advanced one, and I did not try expert yet, even it's unlocked. But I figured, I better get better on advance first

It's more challenging, but (I think) more fun. The challenge is not much more--as in, it's not hard, but it might take a while to get the hang of it, since it does have you moving your hands and feet, and not just your feet. As for speed, I'm not sure if it's different or not, but there's more going on for you to do.

I unlocked the Rhythm Boxing, but am afraid to try it! I am too fast for the step aerobics usually. Is the boxing any quicker? See, that's why I like the 10 min Free Step. I press "A" until the rhythm/voice goes off, ignore my Mii, and go as fast as it will let me and still count my steps. I usually go about 1100 or so steps in 10 minutes, give or take. I haven't tried 20 mins yet. Anyway, is the boxing any quicker than the Step Aerobics? Maybe my rhythm is off...

Practice with the step game too, that one helps work on your rhythm to do boxing imo. I love to do 5 min step 2x and then boxing for 10 minutes (which ends up being 13)

There is a full beat there in the middle of the step forward/back thing...so step in, shift weight to that foot, step back with other foot, step up and touch (don't shift weight), step forward same foot, then repeat.

I unlocked the advanced session but I'm not coordinated enough to do the ducking or the combined step foward and step back patterns YET...I'm not giving up!

Thanks for the tips on dodging...that should help a bunch!

hold both Wiimote and nunchuck close to each other (about a foot apart) and close to your chest. Swing in a arch, forward down, across front, back up to the side you're dodging to. Don't just move sideways, but sort of duck sideways. To get the hang of it, try moving just the two hand pieces in that motion.

I like the Expert boxing more because it's a little quicker between punches - I tend to get the 'sunshine' hits more often - however I still rarely get the dodge left and right moves right. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong there!

Just wait til you get the expert boxing--it's 10 minutes and a GREAT workout (and you might not need to do two sessions anymore...lol).

Fit Boxing is the best one, in my opinion.

I just got my Wii Fit today and could not stop!! I banked almost 2 hours! I too also unlocked the rhythm boxing and got a good workout. I am starting to feel the soreness already. I have been working out at the gym but the Wii seems to have found muscles that I didn't know existed.

Hello everyone...

Thanks to this group I am being much more diligent with my Wii training...I've been doing my step and my hula hoop etc. Today I unlocked the Rhythm boxing...OMG I am hooked, between that and the step I think I'll never get off of there...I don't know about anyone else but I could really feel it after 2 sessions. Woohoo!!

I love my Wii!!
