For me, exercise has to happen before the day gets rolling. I get up at 4:45 every morning so I can have all my exercising and SP tracking done before 7:30. I like to start replying to business emails by then so I can be ready to make phone calls by 8:30.

I am self-employed, so I don't have anyone to answer to except myself, but I choose to get up early to make this the first important task of the day. No chance to blow it off if it already out of the way by 7:30.

Yea i try to do a lot of walking...drinking water is a must...i like to play basketball so maybe you can find a sport you enjoy to play and do that...


by the way, I think that "be water" quote is from Bruce Lee...right?

One of my favorite ways to get a little extra exercise is while going shopping or running errands.

1) Park far from the store entrance. You'll find a parking spot quicker and you'll get more exercise walking to and from the store.

2) Use stairs instead of escalators or elevators. They only take 5 seconds longer and give your legs a workout.

Great!!
Working now on getting back into new schedule with wife and I both at work.

We are walking in the morning but lunch has been my "traditional" time to hit gym but this week only twice so far.

My lunch hour is fluid and some times doesn't happen.
