Hey everyone, I sure you all remember my PT Challenge. Well now that I have lost some more weight I have been running a lot more. I am challenging myself and this group, to see how fast you can do a 5 k in. That's 3.12 miles. You can walk it, jogg it, or even run it. It is up to you! There is no pressure to do it, I thought it would be something we could do to get our butts into gear!
We could post once a week to see progress reports. And remember to get your Doc's ok before trying this! Also be safe and to have lots of fun.
To start this off, this past Tuesday I did a 5 K in 49 mins.

Strength is the capacity to break a chocolate bar in pieces with your bare hands--and then just eat one of the pieces.
Current mileage to go on my 10th 1,000 Challenge is 193.72 miles.
Current mileage to go on my 3rd 2,700 mile coast to coast bike challenge is 2,533.90 miles.
