Yes but I have showed it I the winner I have learned to walk again and lost at one point nearly 50 pounds I as Faith has said have to stay on top of it unfortunately I just do not have time to go to classes on top of everything else. But I will dig in again soon and be a happier camper LOL

Thank You. It can be hard sometimes to do exercises several times a week, but your right just do what you can, when you can, and only has long as you can. Even 10 mins IS better than nothing. It can be a real bummer knowing that MS can control what we are able to do sometimes. I'll keep my chin up!
DOODLES1013 I know exactly what you are dealing with. When I'm at work, I think, yep I'll go home tonight do an hour of Yoga, then when I get home, my body is all, let's take a nap, or you do two or three poses and Nap time, just takes over. Then I wake up tired so I really do not feel like working out then but I keep telling myself, one more sit-up! It is the worst feeling in the world and most people do not get it, they are all saying, work through the tired, not an option if you had MS you would know. An exercise Physiologist told me just ten minutes a day is something, then if you feel up to it later 10 more, and it works sometimes I can almost get in 20 minutes. It's something!

Thank You, great advice. Diag. with MS 5yrs ago, never knew then that MS might have taken part with my struggle with exercise and weight loss, mostly cardio, hard sometimes not to tire while doing these activities, but your 100% right, some exercise is better than none. I'll have to take it day by day and try to stop feeling guilty about it.

My MS fatigue slows me down on exercise. Sometimes I tire before I can complete my workout. and when my energy picks back up, it feels like starting all over again and I can't always pick up where I left off. Does anyone else have this issue?
