We look at the Mediterranean Diet because we can see where it could be similar to the diet of the Bible in Jesus' day. The basics of the diet are easy: more fruits, vegetables, olive oil, legumes (a seed or pea that splits in half), herbs, spices, and fish. Less dairy, poultry, and meat.
