Hi THINAMY07, I replaced my cravings for chips, cakes, cookies, chocolate, ice cream, crackers all with Whey Protein Powder drinks, with frozen fruit, banana, flax oil, wheat germ, skim milk and ice cubes. After using this daily for two weeks my cravings for sweets and chips are gone. I now crave carrots, cucumbers, fruit, etc.
