Cardio with Leslie Samnsone 3 days a week . Walk outside with neighbor 2 days a week. I have not really trried strength training unless you count the weights on the walking video. I sometimes use those, but they seem to hurt my joints so I don't do much

Cardio (with Leslie) unless you count yoga & pilates as ST, then it's a 50:50 as I love doing all 3.

I really like both. I love sweating like crazy when doing cardio and I love the way my body responds to strength training.

I like do to interval training that mixes the two together best but I like doing lots of cardio

Right now I'm doing body-weight strength training, so I prefer that over cardio. I'm using a walk at home dvd. I am looking for a cardio workout that involves dancing, I think that would hold my attention better.
