Just one mile but did the kicks but not the big ones just the little ones cause that is how I got my runners knee problem in the first place. Doctors orders.

I walked to the store to get some apples and other things and it took me 15 minutes and I'm glad that I did. I felt good for a change. Will workout later on this afternoon.

Not when your tired like I was yesterday cause all I wanted to do is sleep and not move but when you hear God saying GO you go without telling him other wise.
So today I got my energy back cause I got plenty of sleep plus more so now I feel much better and ready for action and reading God's word.
