Step Aerobics is done - Whew!

Now I'm having chicken soup and getting ready to do my next workout. This is a super super cold day even though the sun is shining bright and looks beautiful from my window. I keep telling myself Spring is supposed to be here in a matter of weeks - I hope

Walked a 1/2 a mile around the pond at the park with my girls. Beautiful outside.
Walked 1 mile with Leslie Sansone! I love her workouts.
Total 1.5 miles plus cleaned a bit was active almost all day on my feet. Keeping busy!

Wow! It is amazing to me - my hubby called and said it feels like spring outside but everything is covered in ice! It is just amazing! He actually said, "do not go outside as you will fall easily due to the amount of ice, but it feels great out!"

I actually tried a Chris Freytag walk today I found on Youtube. It was called Walk and Sculpt. Good workout but I missed Leslie. That makes me addicted! LOL.

Will be nice to do for a change but I will stick with Leslie!!
