I am resolute in creating a plan each week to include meals and workouts. I'm resolute in taking charge of ME, doing what I need to do to get fit and healthy.

I'm a renagade - against weak excuses, allowing set backs to become the "norm". Not happening. I'm also one who has problems with self-sabotage. No more. When I see change and success, I'll celebrate it and strive to move even closer to my goal.

My weight on Sat was 118.8. It is down almost a pound from the week before. I would like to lose a full pound this week, but I will settle for half a pound.
So GOAL for me this week is 118.3 or lower.
