oops I really blew this one...started out great, but slacked off the rest of the week. Did a couple of hours of gardening today instead. Will try to get a couple more days of booty exercise in this weekend. Still at 2/6 this week.

I can definitely feel my butt muscles more!!! I need to stretch them out today, before they get too defined, lol. To all a great day!

Welcome Jessi...good to have you and thanks for posting!
Ok, so here it is (ugh). I didn't have time to re-do the video last night so I'm reposting it from the last time I did it and posted it in my blog....for those who cannot get Spark Videos...forgive me in advance. A videographer, I am not! LOL
PS: If I get a change I'll redo this week asap, hopefully better....because why, oh why, does it have an opening "scene" of what looks like me falling on my backside? sigh....

OOps, I seem to have forgotten to look up this week's MC. So here I am on Monday evening wondering what I am supposed to do. But really, I do know of that video and a good one it is. Will definitely try to do this one starting tomorrow!! It will get me back into the videos and start to get that other end in shape!

Sooooo, here is what I did today. I watched the video yesterday without actually doing it..... just to give me enough time to look it over and make adjustments for my knees (can't really kneel without losing my ability to walk straight, lol). Come to find out that that video is excellent and can be done while standing, and leaning forward, supporting myself on a chair etc. So when I came home, I did a few minutes in the laundry room and let me tell you, my buttocks muscles are still burning. I will do another round later. I am taking the liberty of cutting this challenge into smaller bits, because I just gotta take care of my knees first, but oh my goodness. People DO THE VIDEOOO!! Great stuff!

Sigh....Ok....for anyone who cannot watch Spark Videos on their computer, I did my own video of yours truly attempting to give a demo of what exercises you are supposed to do on this video. I'm not saying it's pretty, because it most certainly is not.....BUT if it will help you, I will repost it. Just shout out if you need to see it in another environment besides Spark.
:D
L.
PS: Maybe I could re-do it....just thinking about that video makes me shutter...ha ha ha!

Oh "THANKS", I think, lol. I was working on my butt yesterday and thought what a much neglected body part of mine that is. You must have heard me :) Thanks for the video. I can't say I ever watched it, but I suppose that will change by tonight.
And you kept the Sticky on last week's weigh. Just to let you know :)
Great day to all!!!

It's BACK! It's in the BACK! Ok, well, here is your favorite Mini-Challenge back to ya again!
And it's that time again!!! Exercise Challenge Week!!!!
Here is next's weeks MC! Hopefully you will have time to watch the video and get prepped for it!
We will focus this week on the part of us that we can't see very well but others can, so this MC, you could say, is really for everyone elses' benefit as well as our own (wink wink).
emoticon
Since initially doing this video a couple of years ago, I had added most of it to my weekly workouts. I haven't done it in a while since I started doing Zumba BUT it DOES work! I will get back on it this week! One word of caution: you WILL FEEL it the next day after doing it for the first time. Plan accordingly!
Watch the following SP Butt Workout Video by SP's Coach Nicole (it's on YouTube):
It will take only 5-6 minutes per day & in order to complete this weeks Exercise MC successfully, let's each do the Butt Blasting Workout at least 4 of the 7 days the MC is in effect.
6 days or more for the coveted Golden Crown Award!
Of course, check in here and let us all know how you are doing (walking?). The MC starts, as always, on Monday morning but feel free to watch the video and prep before then!
Now let's ALL get Bootylicious Yes, even the guys! Nuff said! :D
PS: I'm a week or two behind (hee hee) on giving out Crowns but I will do that first think in the morning tomorrow!
