Just logged in my weight for the first time yesterday morning at 165 because I hadn't weighed in a few weeks, but yesterday evening I weighed in at the gym and was 162.5. Not much of a loss, but I've been working on it for about 3 weeks with some cheating and falling off the wagon. So I'd say I'm proud of my 2.5 pound loss!
