Visualize is done, posted a whole dream page on the fridge, and will have the junkies out of the house by tomm night! eating them sloooooowly.

Done, now time tomm (sunday) to bring the good for you goodies in, tomm I am going grocery shopping and filling our home w/fruits and vegis! yum!

Hi challengers, it's been awhile since i have been up for a challenge, I used to do these challenges wkly. I am gearing up to do great in 2013 and this challenge team helped me lose lots of wt in 2010 (since then I have been floundering) so I am rejoining and making it happen again.

Starting now! I will be hanging my pic or outfit in by the fridge today, and cleaning out the cubbords, fridge out by Sunday. I will be ready to rock 2013, like i did 2010. I'm so glad you are all still here.

My goal this month is to start Jan out in the 150's. 159.9 will be fine. Will post on Sunday where I am with that.

found and hung the picture. i usually don't notice what i hang on my fridge, but this morning i did and resolved to be good today. must lose weight i gained during sedentary month. 3 inches on waist!! to quote L, "ACK!!!"

I've got two tins of Christmas cookies, a pan of brownies, 1/2 an apple pie and ACK! It's a Lot to remove.....I only had a nibble of brownie last night, so that's good at least.

I will be getting out a picture of my "skinny jeans" and posting them...or maybe me in my bathing suit...yeah, I like that idea better. Potential bathing suit pics will motivate me! :)

have cleaned out pantry and fridge for garbage collection tomorrow but all i had to get rid of were a couple of pieces of fruit which had gone soft and some leftover vegetables.

We got some dark chocolate for Christmas.... I'll definitely be doing a search of the fridge and the cabinets. ...and we'll be shopping at the Farmer's Market and carefully menu-planning. This one is attainable. Now to do emoticon

hardly have bad food in the house. had 20 people over last week and served them good food and enjoyed the leftovers.
tried on my skinny skirt. it's missing 3 inches in the waist. but i am not hanging it in the kitchen. will go look for picture of me wearing it and hang it on the fridge for a week, must undo this last sedentary month.

This is going to be our last challenge of the year and a new, motivational one! I've read a lot about motivating this morning and I've seen something that I think may help...but first, let's get into the kitchen!

I know at this time of year, during the holidays, it's particularly hard to eat right and keep good things in the pantry. This week, just before the start of the new year, your challenge will be to clean out your pantry and refrigerator. Get rid of the foods that sabotage your weight loss. They may still be hanging around from Hanukkah...or you may be prepping for some tempting desserts & cookies for Christmas. Let's get those things OUTTA there!

Next, motivate yourself! Get a pair of jeans or pants or a dress or whatever that is too tight and hang them in the kitchen instead of the closet to keep yourself inspired. That's right, I said hang them in the kitchen. Too much in the way? If you once fit in them, use a picture of you IN the skinny clothes and post it on the frig instead OR buy or take a picture of the item you WANT to fit in and hand or post it. Put a date by it....that's what you're shooting for!
