This is going to be our last challenge of the year and a new, motivational one! I've read a lot about motivating this morning and I've seen something that I think may help...but first, let's get into the kitchen!
I know at this time of year, during the holidays, it's particularly hard to eat right and keep good things in the pantry. This week, just before the start of the new year, your challenge will be to clean out your pantry and refrigerator. Get rid of the foods that sabotage your weight loss. They may still be hanging around from Hanukkah...or you may be prepping for some tempting desserts & cookies for Christmas. Let's get those things OUTTA there!
Next, motivate yourself! Get a pair of jeans or pants or a dress or whatever that is too tight and hang them in the kitchen instead of the closet to keep yourself inspired. That's right, I said hang them in the kitchen. Too much in the way? If you once fit in them, use a picture of you IN the skinny clothes and post it on the frig instead OR buy or take a picture of the item you WANT to fit in and hand or post it. Put a date by it....that's what you're shooting for!
