Well, I went for it! And I decided to go this morning at 5:45am (ouch!) I did the treadmill, bike thingy, then I got in the pool and did some laps at 6:30am, then I got in the hot tub for a few minutes and let the strong jets blast my back. Then, I got in the shower and got ready for work.

I feel like I've been to a 5 star resort, I tell you!!! Like a million bucks! I would have paid the monthly fee just for this morning...holy cow! :D I think I made the right decision.

Now, I may end up face down and drooling on my desk about noon time since I had to get up at 4:30 this morning but we'll see.

For my iron yesterday, I haven't logged my food yet, but I will shortly!

Looks like I'm not going to make it without the supplement. Hmmmm....nothing new really.

Back to working out after my minor surgery! Yay! Will end with doing Zumba 4-5 times a week this week. Love Zumba class!

I'm also trying to decide if I should join the gym within walking distance of the office. It's double what I'm paying now but it's got a pool, sauna, lots of classes and hot tubs. Just not sure I'd find the time in the middle of the day to say, run over and jump in the hot tub....decisions, decisions.....

Hmm this one will be a good one. I always seem to be able to take in enough iron or at least I think I do.

target 100-150 for fe on my tracker
Food for Mon to Thur already organised as I pre-organise and carry to the office and it is not looking good. This is wake up time I think. I am taking these bits a step at a time though and have got my calcium well and truly sorted since we had that one. If I don't make it this week I will certainly get it kicked into touch soon

I take a multi with iron, but I've never really thought about how much I get. Adding it to my tracker so I can see if I'm where I need to be.

had blood tests in march and iron was right in the middle of the recommended range. surprised as i eat very little red meat. guess i must be doing something right.

Did you know that nearly 70% of Americans don't get enough of iron as a nutrient?

Iron is a mineral that is important to all body cells. It is particularly important for blood cells because iron is needed to make hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the protein in blood cells that carries oxygen to body tissues. This was taken from a website:
