I love the ocean... a lot, epically those with soft sand like Mexico. The west coast has really coarse sand, not a fan of that sand.

I have tracked for 4 days AND been in range.
I did 1350 Fitness Minutes in April
I am going to do 1500 Minutes in May.
I am feeling awesome.
I am spending the night with my daughter who inspires me to be a better me.

Thanks for sharing that one, Nancy. I really loved the 'researchers studied 34 students at the University of Virginia, taking them to the base of a steep hill and fitting them with a weighted backpack. They were then asked to estimate the steepness of the hill. Some participants stood next to friends during the exercise, while others were alone. The students who stood with friends gave lower estimates of the steepness of the hill. And the longer the friends had known each other, the less steep the hill appeared.'
Oh, yeah. And... Spark does that, doesn't it? Some of you lovely lads & lasses have smaller 'packs' to carry- but all of us, standing at the foot of the hill, know that we are traveling with others...it looks do-able.

you got it down, towanda, i had dark chocolate to celebrate and was proud of myself that i'm able to dose it out to myself (like a prescription....sicko when i think of chocolate like that). hope everybody enjoys this terrific tuesday. bad storms heading my way in florida, bow echoes out in the gulf of mexico, lightning, thunder, probably a tornado or 2 thrown in for good measure, so wish me luck that i don't get swept away like dorothy ("there's no place like home....") regards to all for a great one, nancy

I was pretty good avoiding Easter Candy Sunday but yesterday it was all over both offices and really tempted me. I ate way too much. Today is a new day with new choices and I choose me. Choose health.

My Easter was great...it was coupled with my mom's birthday so that was nice to celebrate two blessed events on one day...and with my favorite people no less! I love my family!!!
