On Thursday I just filmed a walking DVD with Leslie at her Walk Production Studios, and there was a guy in a wheelchair in the video with me who lost 100lbs with Leslie's DVDs. Actually everyone in this new DVD has lost 100lbs or more doing Leslie's DVDs. So hopefully she will do a DVD specifically geared towards people in wheelchairs soon.

Some friends wonder if she might do a DVD/video for people in wheelchairs who can't actually do the walking videos. This is always a hot topic for those who are confined to chairs permanently or temproarily.....

She's a great inspiration and has so many videos that help so many. I do wonder if she plans to do any more of the higher mile (such as the 5 miles walks). I enjoy the longer walks on the weekends.

I'd like to know what DVD's/walks she recommends for getting into shape only. I don't need to lose weight but desperately need to get fit. I know there must be DVDs that are best for this...just don't know which ones.

As an avid 50-something fan with arthritis, I use the workouts with slightly slower miles on days when my knees are talking to me. I particularly love Walk the Walk. Are there any more "Christian Inspired" videos in the works?

I thought of another question. I found some older walking CD's for outdoors of Leslie's. I didn't love them, but absolutely loved the concept. I was wondering if she was planning to do something like that again, or if she had done something more recently and I just didn't find it. I love her videos, but also want to get a good workout when walking outdoors. Thanks!

Looking forward to it when it comes out, I love doing her dvds and find them so easy to do and follow..... She has help me out so much and her eating plan is very beneficial to me also.....

With Leslies DVD's and eating plan and the tools on this site I have lost 34.2 pounds in just under four months......

Thanks so much to Leslie and to this site for helping me to achieve that, I still have a ways to go but I will get there.

I have I couldn't tell you how many of Leslie's DVDs, that is without getting up right now and going in my workout room and counting them. Anyway, one of the ones I like the most is the 3 mile workout that Mary Kay leads the 2nd mile. Anymore like that one on the way? Also, will there be any of the Walk Leader Master classes in the Pacific NW?

How exciting Nicole! No questions, but would like to say that your videos and Leslie's are the only ones I can follow as a blind exerciser! I have no problem figuring out what she is doing thanks to good directions! Yours are always easy for me to follow too and I've wasted plenty of money on other videoes I can't even follow! Hey MOMMIEHAMPTON, she already has a 5 mile Advanced Walk Video. You can do 3 mile walks or all 5 and she uses 3 different walk boosters.
Nicole, could you ask her to do a video for step bench or as JENNIFER suggested, just something more advanced for those of us who are at a higher level of fitness.

I have always been under the understanding that you should workout after eating so that you have "fuel in the furnace," but have heard that on some of the newer workouts Leslie suggests working out before eating. I am wondering what her reasons are.

My question for Leslie is this. I have always heard that you should only weight train every other day to let your muscles rest. On most of her c.d.s only two pound weights are used so can you use a light weight like that on consecutive days?

Leslie has a lot of great videos! She was a pivotal part of helping me to get moving again. She made it doable. One thing I hear a lot is how to step up her videos (make them more challenging, harder, etc) as our fitness levels increase (or desire a more intense workout). Thanks!
